Washing the genital region after urination is a part of regular hygiene that a girl or a woman must practice on a regular basis. This does not lead water inside the reproductive organ or cause infertility. Vagina has it's own self cleaning mechanism and cleaning agents like soap or deodorant should not be used inside the vagina.
