Period for 13days, still continues.

Hello, I am a married woman. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I am on some medication for treatment of PCOS and also trying to conceive. After 10days of my last period date, my period started again and still continues, now its 13days I am still bleeding, with cramps. I am worried. Pls help.
