How to remove blood stains from periods from clothes?

Is there an easy way to remove blood stains when I am having periods?Sometimes there are stains on my clothes if I have heavy periods.What I can use to easily remove the stains? Please help me because usually I have problems washing it.

You can soak the stained clothes in hot water (along with washing powder)for some time, say half an hour and then scrub the stained area with a hard washing brush! Usually, if the stained area is put under running hot water immediately (as it is fresh),it goes away! Hope this helps!

0	I have always had better luck with cold water and soap. The longer the stain sits, the harder it is to wash out. For very small stains, saliva works to loosen the stain. link answered Jun 07 '15 at 12:59 lyanaconda 26●1
