Where to find tampons in the metro cities?

Hi, I am a 23 year old woman working in an IT company in Kolkata. I am currently using a menstrual cup but due to its small capacity I need to change it after every 3-4 hours during my menstrual cycle, which becomes quite a problem during office hours. Hence I am looking forward to using tampons. However, none of the drug stores seem to know what a tampon is and I am at a loss as to where to find it. Your guidance will be of much help.
