pcod problem......

hiii... i'm suffering 4m pcod prob.. and i get periods irregularly.....can i conceive after my marriage or not?

HI... yes of course you can conceive.The main reason of PCOD is hormonal imbalance,it can be caused due to lack of exercise or poor diet,you should walk(brisk) daily 30 min and include fresh fruits,salads and green leafy vegitables in your diet and should avoid maida,sugar,rice,potato and starchy food. Its my personal experience i was not able to ovulate due to pcod...now by all these lifestyle changes Iam able to ovulate without medicines.
