period delay, is there chance of getting pregnancy even after taking period postphone tablets??

i have regular periods, i took period delay tablets for 3 days and now 4days completed after taking pills still am not getting period. Am i pregnant or period delayed because of tablets?? Is there chance of getting pregnancy even after taking that tablets??
