please do reply.. im totally confused!

I was supposed to get my periods on jan 1st.. I have irregular periods.. and maximum delayed time for my periods was 40 days.. never gone beyond that.. its been 45 days now.. and I haven't still got my periods.. I also did the pregnancy test.. it was negative.. as well I have no symptoms of getting my periods.. so I am totally confused what to do..?? please give an advice!!
