At times during the first two days of period, i see menstural discharge through anal opening. Is this something i should be worried about?

Yes, it is a matter of concern! Menstrual discharge is not supposed to emerge through anal opening. Please see a doctor. Also, it is advised to maintain good digestive health and avoid constipation specifically for girls because of the close proximity of colon and the internal reproductive organs.

A doctor can tell you whether you need to be concerned. If you are having menstrual bleeding through your anus, you are likely having a medical issue that could make you very ill. If you are having anal bleeding at any time of the the month, it is important to ask a doctor why. Hemorrhoids around the anus can sometimes bleed, but you must find out from a doctor what is causing this anal bleeding.
